About

My name is Iñaki Romero. I teach Technology at a secondary school and, when I leave the classroom, I’m almost always working on some project or other.

I like making things on the internet. Some work, some don’t, and some probably shouldn’t have made it past the first afternoon. So far, that’s led to NinjaNote, KickBio, Mosaic and Buclea. And there will probably be more.

When I’m not working or coding, I try to spend time with my family and my dogs. I’m also part of an agency that represents footballers, which is a completely different world, but one I love.

I was born in la Llosa de Ranes, a village in Valencia. And although I’ve lived in Catalonia for years, some things don’t change: if I have to choose a meal, I’ll go for a good arroz al horno — oven-baked rice.

I made this website because I missed the internet where you could have your own place and write whatever you wanted without thinking about algorithms, followers, likes or constantly posting so nobody forgets you exist.

So that’s basically what this is: my place on the internet.

I’ll leave the projects I make here, things I learn, ideas going round in my head and anything else I feel like writing about.
